Join a fun & vibrant team in the valley helping lead our store during the week This Front of House / Barista role is looking for someone that;

  • Has strong Hospitality experience with excellent Barista skills
  • Great customer service, is bright & bubbly and happy to have a chat with our regulars
  • Works well both independently and as team.
  • Responsible and able to open and close independently
  • Can multi-task and has great time management skills
  • Well organised and has management experience with teams.
  • Professional and well spoken for some wholesaler contact, ordering and ensuring front of house runs like a well oiled machine.
  • Excellent written, reading and spoken English (this is an allergy based business so strong understanding and ability to read allergy statements etc).
  • Must have a state approved Food Safety or Supervisor certificate or be willing to complete in store.

This role is 9.30am - 3:15pm, could be ideal with school aged kids, Tuesday to Fridays (4pm finish on Fridays only). The odd weekend may be requested when we attend large expos and events.

Champagne & Gumboots is a Coeliac Australia accredited cake boutique and patisserie, so a solid understanding of gluten free food/diets and Coeliac disease are a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 – $26.70 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
