Great opportunity to join a well-established Financial Planning group who provide comprehensive advice to a broad client base including retirees and high networth individuals. Due to continued growth, there is an opportunity for an Associate or PY Planner to join the team in Brisbane. This position is well suited to an Associate Adviser or Senior CSO who is ready to commence their Provisional Year or a qualified individual who is completing or recently completed their Professional Year (PY) and is looking to join a successful practice with existing client base.

Working closely with the Senior Adviser and support staff, this role is ideal for someone with a confident attitude who brings technical expertise, initiative, and a proactive approach to client service.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Manage a book of new and existing clients alongside the Senior Adviser

· Attend and contribute at client meetings with the Senior Adviser.

· Complete compliant file notes post client meeting

· Research and develop strategy recommendations

· Manage ongoing relationships with clients

· Gradually transition and manage own client book

· Liaise with internal paraplanning and administrative support teams

About You:

· Experience within the financial planning industry as a Para-planning, Associate Adviser or Senior Client Services Officer.

· Completed or progressing towards relevant qualifications (e.g. Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning)

· Strong understanding of the advice process, compliance, and client engagement

· Accuracy with strong attention to detail

· Proficient in financial planning software (e.g. Xplan) and Microsoft Office

· Confident communicating with clients, comfortable to commence your Professional Year (PY)
