News Corp Australia is offering a fantastic opportunity for a HR Systems Administrator to join their dynamic HR team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in HRIS or payroll systems. You'll provide vital support in the administration of HR systems, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to manage system enhancements and troubleshooting. You'll also assist with pay run operations, develop training materials, and ensure that HRIS processes run smoothly and efficiently. As a junior role, it's a great chance to grow your skills while contributing to meaningful projects in an iconic Australian company.
In this role you will:
- Provide support for HRIS applications, including Dayforce and other payroll systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage system enhancements, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and deliver clear and concise system documentation and training to ensure effective system usage across the business.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate operation of pay runs and other HR processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, working on projects that enhance HR systems and processes.
- You have experience working with HRIS or payroll systems, and are eager to expand your knowledge in HR technology.
- You are a junior professional with a strong attention to detail and a passion for learning and solving problems.
- You are a team player, able to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals.
- You have strong organisational skills, can manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent communication skills and are committed to providing excellent customer service.
