Key Responsibilities:
Simulated Trading (B2C)
- Develop marketing strategy for consumer-facing simulated trading brands. Work quickly and refine marketing strategy based on market feedback.
- Develop required assets from website landing pages, to acquisition campaign assets and Lifecycle CRM campaigns.
- Champion simulated trading brands internally, ensuring alignment and understanding across Eightcap.
- Leverage appropriate channels to drive growth in each trading simulation brand, an ability to execute tactics may be required early on.
- Review effectiveness of each campaign and utilise performance analytics to determine how to improve the impact.
- Collaborate with design and tech teams to optimise the user experience for home brands, driving improved conversion rates.
- Regularly report on website performance and marketing campaign success metrics, with actionable insights.
- Lead internal education sessions to build awareness and knowledge of simulated trading across the business.
- Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless coordination across teams and global locations
Partnerships and Sales Enablement (B2B)
- Collaborate with sales teams on collateral, presentations, messaging, and event support throughout long sales cycles with large organisations.
- Work alongside partner marketing teams to ensure a
- Facilitate strategy sessions to optimise co-marketing efforts, including key stakeholders on both sides.
- Monitor and report on partner marketing performance to refine strategies.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance partnership value through innovative marketing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within the financial sector or a related industry
- Proven experience in brand and product development and overseeing successful end-to-end campaigns and/or go-to-market strategies
- Proven ability to drive own work and take initiative for outcomes
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- You will work with multiple brands and business owners and will require superb stakeholder management and communication skills.
- An ability to understand, communicate and consistently implement a brand's key values and identity
