Turn your admin skills into impact in this newly created role, providing administrative support across multiple teams. We're a values-driven organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable people who are experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. You'll be part of a passionate, collaborative team that works hard, supports each other and celebrates the wins If you're proactive, detail-savvy, and ready to roll up your sleeves, you'll help us deliver meaningful projects and outcomes across the organisation.
A day on the job will see you:
- Provide administrative and coordination support across teams and projects
- Supporting multiple Executives, assist with project documentation, timelines and progress tracking
- Manage meeting logistics, preparing agendas and recording minutes
- Support the business with ad hoc administrative tasks and problem solving
- Meticulous record keeping and ensuring our systems are organised and up to date
- Back-up company secretarial work, working with an awesome CEO and board.

- Strong administrative experience supporting multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Sound Microsoft office skills – bonus points for experience with CRMs or project tools.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach where you spot what needs doing and make it happen
- The ability to juggle priorities while keeping calm under pressure
- Qualifications or considerable experience in governance.

About Us
For 60 years, St Bart's has supported people experiencing homelessness and severe and persistent mental health issues as they rebuild their lives. We started as a small homeless shelter for men and have grown into a progressive and inclusive organisation providing support to hundreds of Western Australian men, women and families across four key service areas. Our goal is to provide safe, supported accommodation and services to people who need it the most, regardless of background, age, gender or ethnicity.
