Your Role
You'll deliver end-to-end claims management for complex motor claims, ensuring timely, efficient, and member-focused outcomes. You'll assess liability, apportionment, and quantum, manage credit hire and recovery processes, and respond to legal demands. You'll also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive strategic outcomes, support continuous improvement, and contribute to a high-performing, member-first culture.

This full-time, 12 month max-term opportunity based in Meanjin (Brisbane), offers a hybrid work environment with core hours 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You'll be required to maintain flexibility in your availability to attend scheduled meetings and training sessions as needed.

About You


•    Experience managing complex motor claims, including liability and quantum (including loss of income /demurrage)

•    Knowledge of credit hire and recovery processes, ideally from a defendant view

•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently

•    A collaborative approach with great stakeholder engagement

•    Solid understanding of the end-to-end claims journey and key operational processes
