Assistant Property Manager – Maternity Leave Contract (Mandarin Speaking)

We are currently seeking a Mandarin-speaking Assistant Property Manager to join our high-performing Property Management team on a full-time maternity leave contract (minimum 6 months).

About the Role

You will work closely with our Portfolio Managers (PODs) to support the day-to-day operations of our residential portfolio. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment that provides exposure to all aspects of property management, including:

  • Assisting with tenant selection and onboarding
  • Managing rent arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Coordinating routine inspections and maintenance requests
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants regarding property matters
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the Portfolio Manager

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience as an Assistant Property Manager or similar role
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW)
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Knowledge or experience of processing creditor invoices
  • Ateam-focused and proactive attitude
  • Experience using Property Tree or similar property management software (highly regarded)
