We are seeking a Portfolio (POD) Manager to oversee a POD of rental properties, working closely with our dedicated on-site Building Managers. This is your chance to be part of a high-performing, fast-paced, and supportive team environment where your contributions make a real impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of your property portfolio
  • Tenant selection and lease renewals
  • Managing rent arrears, reviews, and correspondence
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and routine inspections
  • Navigating the challenges of an exciting and competitive rental market

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum Solid 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
  • Current Real Estate License
  • Excellent experience interacting with Landlords and Tenants
  • NCAT experience would be highly regarded
  • Strong professional, clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a 20+ member team
  • Highly organised with proven time management skills
  • Experience with Property Tree or similar software (preferred)
