ITSM Process Coordinator

Perth, Western Australia Talent – Specialists in tech, transformation & beyond Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Key duties:

  • Provide guidance in relation to strategic and operational management of ITIL-based processes.
  • Develop and implement enhancements to the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow

Experience:

  • Experience of working within IT Service Management (ITIL based) processes, using ServiceNow toolset.
  • Experience conducting daily process related tasks e.g. Change requests, QA reviews, problem reviews
  • Experience conducting weekly CAB meetings
  • Experience preparing reports for management as required
  • Development and delivery of enhancements to the service management toolset (ServiceNow toolset)

What's on offer:

  • Immediate start contract engagement
  • 6 month initial contract, which may well extend
  • This engagement is 5 days a week onsite, but flex start and finish times
