We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and talented Business Analyst to join our team and work with our key client in a financial industry.

Requirement:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for
    IVR systems
    based on functional specifications.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of IVR applications, including menu navigation, call flow, data integration, and user prompts.
  • Record and document bugs, issues, and inconsistencies identified during testing sessions.
  • Perform regression testing for system updates and changes.
  • Validate integration points with CRM, databases, and other backend systems.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve IVR issues.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed test reports and provide feedback for system improvements.
  • Stay updated on IVR technologies and testing best practices.
