About the role

MAM AUTO PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Car Carrier Truck Driver to join our team in Mount Druitt, NSW. As a full-time Car Carrier Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of vehicles across the region, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operate a large car carrier truck to transport vehicles between various locations
  2. Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety protocols to ensure the safe delivery of vehicles
  3. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
  4. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and responding to their needs
  5. Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and deliveries
  6. Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles as needed
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our transportation processes

What we're looking for

  1. A valid HR or HC driver's licence with a minimum of 3 years' experience operating a car carrier truck
  2. Excellent driving skills and a proven track record of safe driving
  3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  4. Familiarity with the local road network and the ability to plan efficient delivery routes
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  6. A collaborative mindset and a willingness to work as part of a team
  7. Candidates must hold any valid Australian work visa or eligibility
