Responsibilities
  • Lead, support, and motivate a team of 10+ merchandisers
  • Coordinate store refits, product moves & equipment installs
  • Allocate tasks and ensure project targets are achieved
  • Run toolbox talks and pre-start meetings
  • Train and mentor new staff to APS standards
  • Ensure OHS and company procedures are followed
  • Provide daily project updates to the office
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in leading teams
  • Supermarket or retail merchandising experience
  • Knowledge of planogram implementation
  • A hands-on leader who supports and develops team members
  • Strong communication skills with staff, managers & clients
  • Knowledge of workplace health & safety standards
  • Flexibility to travel regionally when required
  • Essentials: Smartphone, driver's licence & reliable car
