What you'll do:

  • Welcome patients and manage appointments in Cliniko
  • Handle emails, calls, EFTPOS payments, and HICAPS
  • Support with reconciliation and ordering equipment
  • Help with social media and marketing tasks
  • Be the calm, capable connection between our team and our patients

2–3 days per week | Casual or Part-time | Award rates (based on experience)
