Receptionist Physiotherapy Clinic

We’ar looking for a friendly, organised, and can-do receptionist to join our team at Countrywide Physio — a local, patient-focused clinic offering physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, Pilates, breathing retraining, pain management, and women’s health.

What you’ll do:

- Welcome patients and manage appointments in Cliniko
- Support with reconciliation and ordering equipment
- Help with social media and marketing tasks
- Be the calm, capable connection between our team and our patients

2-3 days per week | Casual or Part-time | Award rates (based on experience)

Pay: $42,131.72 - $74,310.34 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
