About the Role:

· Full time Position

· 8:00am to 4:15pm Monday to Friday

· Wetherill Park based

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Store person to join our 3PL team. To be successful in this role you will have a good understanding of the dispatching of orders, liaising with customers, providing exceptional customer service, all whilst ensuring that every order we send out is accurate, on time, and handled with care.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Receive and assess incoming shipments, ensuring quantities and quality match purchase orders.

· Organize and store products systematically in assigned locations within the warehouse.

· Accurately pick, pack, and scan orders for efficient distribution.

· Conduct regular inventory audits to help maintain precise stock levels.

· Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.

· Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.

· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

· Assist with additional warehouse tasks as required.

· Load and unload stock both manually and using forklifts.

· Ensure products are accurately labelled and stored.

· Comply with Health and Safety regulations, including COR standards.

Experience and Skills:

· Have previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

· Strong attention to detail, a "can do" attitude, and commitment to safety and customer service.

· Communicate clearly — both written and verbal

· Forklift licence is required – High Reach experience

· Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25kg) safely.

· Have a strong commitment to WH&S practices

· Dangerous Goods knowledge highly regarded.
