About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Store Person to join our dynamic Receiving Team in Wetherill Park. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in warehouse operations with a supportive team environment.

Starting Rate: $37.57 per hour

After Probationary Period: $40.57 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload pallets from incoming deliveries and containers
  • Transport stock to designated areas throughout the site
  • Rotate stock in warehouse to maintain product freshness and quality
  • Participate in monthly stocktakes and inventory management
  • Follow all procedures and instructions from the leading hand
  • Maintain strict adherence to GMP, BRC, and regulatory requirements
  • Comply with allergen management control policies
  • Report any unsafe work practices immediately
  • Work overtime when required to support business needs

Essential Requirements

  • Current Forklift Driver Licence (mandatory)
  • Experienced High Reach Forklift Driver - proven experience required
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Team collaboration skills
  • Commitment to working safely at all times
