Store Person/pick and Pack Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick and pack orders and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory management.
- Safely operate forklifts and other machinery to move stock and materials around the warehouse.
- Assist in managing inbound and outbound goods to and from the warehouse.
- Ensure all stock is correctly labelled and stored.
- Maintain clean and organised workspaces.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient warehouse and inventory management.
- Ability to pick, pack and wrap goods for transport.
- Loading and unloading of containers.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and some manufacturing tasks as required.

Key Competencies:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage

Qualifications and experience:

- Forklift licence is essential
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a pick and pack warehouse role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform manual lift tasks up to 20kgs unassisted.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
