Due to our continued growth we are seeking a Property Manager / Senior Property Manager to join our high performance team in managing a well maintained portfolio.

The Role

  • Scheduling and completing routine inspections.
  • Ingoing and outgoing inspections.
  • Lease file preparation and signing.
  • Attending tribunal hearings when required.
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants.
  • No Trust Accounting.

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years property management experience.
  • Current Certificate of Registration.
  • Current drivers licence essential.
  • Roadworthy and registered vehicle essential.
  • Well spoken and highly motivated.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Impeccable presentation.
  • Honest and reliable.
