Tio Tapas & Bar is a vibrant Spanish tapas restaurant and cocktail bar with venues in Mornington and Mordialloc. We’re passionate about fresh food, great wine, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

We’re looking for a Junior Dishwasher / Kitchen Hand to join our team in Mordialloc. This is a great entry-level role for someone eager to get into the hospitality industry and learn more about working in a professional kitchen.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Washing dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation (such as peeling, chopping, portioning)
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and safe
- Working as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment

**What we’re looking for**:

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability and good time management
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- No experience required - training will be provided
