About the Role

As an Environmental Assessment Consultant, you'll be hands-on in the field and in the office, contributing to a diverse range of environmental projects. You'll work alongside experienced professionals on tasks such as:

  • Preparing environmental assessment reports (REFs)
  • Conducting habitat and waterways assessments
  • Performing environmental monitoring and sampling – water, soil, and groundwater
  • Completing soil and contamination assessments
  • Carrying out on-site sewage system site assessments and designs

This role offers the opportunity to build your expertise while helping deliver projects that support healthy ecosystems and sustainable development.


About You

We're looking for someone who is motivated, curious, and committed to quality work. Ideally, you have:

  • A degree in Science or Engineering (or related field)
  • Strong data management and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Practical field skills and confidence using tools and sampling equipment
  • A willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team environment
