We're seeking motivated graduates (science, environmental, chemistry, OHS, or related fields) to join our Sydney team. You'll work across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sites, helping clients identify, assess, and manage risks – protecting human health and the built environment.

About the RoleThis role is hands-on and diverse, with plenty of field and site work including:
Asbestos and hazardous materials surveys & management
Occupational hygiene monitoring (dust, silica, VOCs, noise, etc.)
Indoor air quality assessments and mould investigations
Site inspections and risk assessments across varied asset types
Assisting in remediation planning for contaminated land and hazardous materials
Preparing technical reports and communicating findings to clients
Learning to navigate relevant codes, legislation, and Australian Standards
You'll be trained, supported, and mentored to grow your technical, consulting, and project management skills.
What You'll Need to Succeed A degree (or final year) in environmental science, chemistry, occupational hygiene, WHS, or similar
Strong written communication skills, especially for clear, professional reports
Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Confidence to work both independently and in a team
A current driver's licence & access to a car (site work is a big part of what we do)
Valid working rights in Australia
Solid Microsoft Word & Excel skills
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is highly regarded.
