We're looking for a
Customer Experience Manager
to lead the team, create an amazing club vibe, and make sure every member and guest leaves with a smile.
What you'll do:
- Build and lead a fun, customer-focused team
- Create awesome experiences across memberships, events & bookings
- Be the face of the club – welcoming, problem-solving, and keeping things buzzing
- Help shape the culture of a brand-new venue from day one
What we're after:
- 3+ years in hospitality, retail, or leisure leadership
- A people-first attitude and a knack for creating great experiences
- Energetic, organised, and ready to make things happen
- Sporty or social – just bring the enthusiasm (padel training included)
