We're opening the doors to
G4P Richmond
– a brand-new sporting and social club where people come to play, connect, and have fun.

We're looking for a
Customer Experience Manager
to lead the team, create an amazing club vibe, and make sure every member and guest leaves with a smile.

What you'll do:

  • Build and lead a fun, customer-focused team
  • Create awesome experiences across memberships, events & bookings
  • Be the face of the club – welcoming, problem-solving, and keeping things buzzing
  • Help shape the culture of a brand-new venue from day one

What we're after:

  • 3+ years in hospitality, retail, or leisure leadership
  • A people-first attitude and a knack for creating great experiences
  • Energetic, organised, and ready to make things happen
  • Sporty or social – just bring the enthusiasm (padel training included)
