We are a small but busy brokerage that focuses on customer service.

Mortgage brokering is great fun and especially rewarding when done well (both financially and personally). We need someone that is committed and competent in all areas from first appointment to settlement.

In the 20 years + that we have been in operation we have developed a loyal customer base that continues to grow. We are looking for a similarly minded broker to help us with our current workload while establishing and growing their own client list.

There are no short-cuts and to do well you will need to be fully committed. As a broker your hours will not be restricted to the usual 9-5 so we need someone that is focused on completing the task to get the right result for the borrower.

We can supply leads and mentoring. You will need to bring enthusiasm, ability to learn and grow and some fun competitiveness. That mix should make us all enjoy each other's company and be successful together.

Pay structure is negotiable with options of base salary, bonus's and ongoing trail payments on offer.

We need you to have completed a Cert IV in mortgage brokering (or Diploma) and be current with AML and CTF certificates.

We are small office so having a good culture fit is very important to ensuring a positive work environment.
