About the role

Fleischer Cakes' in Malvern VIC 3144 is seeking a Part Time Coffee Maker to join our friendly and dynamic team. This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee beverages.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks to customers
  2. Ensuring all coffee equipment is properly maintained and cleaned
  3. Providing excellent customer service and managing customer orders efficiently
  4. Assisting with other front-of-house duties as required, such as food preparation and restocking
  5. Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a barista or coffee maker, preferably in a café or restaurant setting
  2. Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and equipment
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
  5. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing high-quality products and service
