In this role, you will:

· Assist the Head Gelato Maker in churning fresh, high-quality gelato daily

· Maintain consistency and excellence in flavour, texture, and presentation

· Support with ingredient preparation, cleaning, and equipment maintenance

· Always uphold food safety and hygiene standards

We're looking for someone with:

· A passion for gelato, pastry, or artisan desserts

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

· A proactive, team-oriented attitude

· Previous kitchen, pastry, or gelato-making experience (preferred but not essential — training provided)
