We're searching for an Engineering Manager

Keystone People Solutions is proud to be partnering with a
leading WA-based designer and manufacturer of innovative hardware products
. This is a
newly created role
that will see you act as the
technical anchor
for their engineering team and play a pivotal role in shaping their future product roadmap.


What you'll do:

  • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team (mechanical, electrical, firmware, software).
  • Drive system design, architecture reviews, and technical decisions.
  • Oversee product testing, validation, and global compliance.
  • Support expansion into international markets and new product categories including automation and batteries.


What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering complex hardware products to market.
  • Deep technical knowledge across electronics, batteries, firmware, and mechanical systems.
  • Strong leadership background with the ability to guide and develop high-performing teams.
  • A strategic thinker who's equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves.
