With a strong foundation in electrical engineering, we're now looking to strengthen our team with an Engineering Manager who can drive technical excellence and help shape the next phase of our growth, including the potential expansion into mechanical services.

The Role

This is more than just an engineering position it's a career-defining leadership opportunity. Based in Subiaco, you'll oversee critical design, delivery, and project outcomes, working closely with our Engineers and Drafters.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing engineering team.
  • Overseeing technical designs, documentation, and equipment selection.
  • Managing the preparation of alternative design submissions and tender proposals.
  • Ensuring project delivery aligns with scope, budget, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Conducting reviews of consultant designs and specifications.
  • Driving compliance with legal, safety, and industry regulations.

About You

You're a proven leader with a passion for driving innovation, quality, and team growth. You'll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Engineer or Engineering Manager in building services
  • A track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial projects.
  • Strong people leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
  • Degree or trade qualifications in Electrical Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering qualifications highly regarded).
  • Strategic problem-solving ability with a focus on practical, client-driven outcomes.
