We're a growing business with strong systems in place. To support this growth, we're looking for a highly experienced Site Supervisor who takes pride in delivering premium work and leading crews to achieve consistent, top-tier results.

The Role

You'll oversee the daily delivery of multiple cladding and render projects across the Melbourne metro area. You'll be the key link between our office, builders, and site teams—responsible for ensuring work is carried out to spec, on time, and to our high quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising cladding and render crews on multiple residential sites
  • Monitoring quality, compliance, and adherence to manufacturer specifications
  • Handle Site reporting and materials orders through our PM software.
  • Scheduling work and coordinating with builders and internal teams
  • Troubleshooting site issues and providing solutions quickly and effectively
  • Training and mentoring subcontractors to lift performance
  • Upholding safety, communication, and professionalism on every site
About You

You're not just a tradie—you're a leader. You enjoy taking ownership of projects, working closely with crews, and setting a high standard others follow. You know how to balance the practical with the professional: keeping the site moving, the builder confident, and the work immaculate.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong experience in cladding, rendering, or similar exterior finishing trades.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in cladding, rendering, or exterior finishing trades is essential.
  • Sound knowledge of Hebel, James Hardie, Cemintel, and render systems will be highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to supervise crews and manage multiple sites
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience supervising construction crews is required.
  • Strong communication skills—clear, respectful, and proactive
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and doing things properly
  • A current Construction White Card is required at the start of employment.
