We need a talented Client Services Representative, with core experience in reception, who is looking for the next step in their client service career.

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a receptionist (veterinary clinic reception preferable, not essential)
• Previous experience as a veterinary nurse (preferred, not essential)
• For you, being at reception and serving people is not just a job - it's a calling
• You understand the importance of building trusting relationships with clients and values providing excellent care.
• You have exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with clients and are passionate about building connections,
• You have the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with clients and team members alike
• You are willing to work in a fast-paced environment, in a closely-knit team.
• You demonstrate flexibility in adopting new ways of doing things and an eagerness to develop professionally.
• You are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback, to continually learn and grow.
• You are resilient, adaptable, and courageous to embrace new challenges because you understand that growth happens outside of your comfort zone.
• You demonstrate as much respect and care for our clients as you extend to their animals.
• You are keen as a bean

• Be the first point of call for all client enquiries.

• Learn to triage during emergency situations (training provided to help you do this)
• Provide expert animal health advice to a fabulous and loyal clientele (training provided to help you do this)
• Perform administrative work that keeps the clinic ticking along like a well-oiled machine.
• Operate in a custom-built clinic that is equipped to provide the best in veterinary care (including being a cat accredited clinic)
• Have the space to exercise your judgement, but also the support you need to provide the best possible care.

The Berwick Clyde Vet Clinic is the result of two experienced vets who dreamt of creating an environment that enables everyone to thrive. Dr. Kunal and Dr. Alina envisioned a workplace that not only provides excellent care to animals, but also provides a work culture that empowers each member of the team to feel and be their very best.

Lynbrook Vet opened its doors in November 2018 and has since amassed a loyal base of over 4500 clients and continues to grow. Lynbrook Vet's sister clinic Berwick Clyde Vet opened in October 2023 and already has the great culture established at Lynbrook Vet over the last 6 years.
