About the Role
We're looking for an Inbound Sales Representative / Care Advisor to join our Customer Experience team. This role is about more than sales—it's about building trust, understanding challenges, and guiding families through important decisions about home care.
You'll handle inbound calls, nurture warm leads, and provide clear, empathetic guidance to help people choose Five Good Friends with confidence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a pipeline of leads in PipeDrive (our CRM).
- Handling inbound calls and responding to queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Conducting outbound calls to "hot" leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Nurturing leads through later stages of their decision-making journey.
- Explaining complex government funding schemes in a clear, supportive way.
- Using proven sales techniques to present Five Good Friends' value proposition.
- Scheduling sign-up meetings for our Sign-Up Team when Members are ready to join.
- Maintaining accurate data across systems like PipeDrive, Outlook, Calendly, Slack, and Intercom.
About You
- 3–5+ years' experience in a high-performing sales team, ideally in a call centre environment.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Experience with inbound and outbound sales, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset—you thrive on achieving targets and being rewarded for results.
- Resilient, empathetic, and passionate about helping people.
- Must complete a National Police Check and have the right to work in Australia.
