About the Role:

We are a family owned and operated food distributer based in Perth WA servicing restaurants, hotels, pubs, taverns, sporting/event venues and manufacturers.

If you have a strong passion for European or Asian cuisine, then this is the role for you.

Your main responsibility will be to identify and drive new business development opportunities to increase sales and expand our current client base.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years food industry sales experience
  • Current and extensive knowledge and expertise of the Food Service Meat Industry.
  • Evidence of a track record in achieving sales growth.

Duties:

  • Using initiative to identify and pursue prospective client relationships and sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration with existing key customers in our food business to drive mutual growth.
  • Monitor and research market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Set and achieve ambitious but attainable quarterly sales targets via understanding the needs of the market.
  • Option to represent the company at regional and/or inter-state meetings if desired.
