The Opportunity

In your new role, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across Delivery Projects, ensuring alignment with Transgrid's PMF, ISO 9001:2015, and regulatory standards. Operating across multiple high-voltage sites, the role drives quality excellence through all project phases while fostering collaboration, compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement.

About You

8+ years' experience in quality coordination, defect management, and QA leadership on major projects.Expert in implementing Quality Plans and ITPs across project sites and supplier interfaces.Skilled in managing NCRs, punch lists, inspection records, and root cause analysis.Proficient in QA systems including TeamBinder, SharePoint, and Power BI for reporting.Strong communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
