Our Team is currently recruiting a Passionate and Experienced Diploma and Certificate III Educators for our beautiful purpose-built service in the heart of Berwick Waterways.

About the Centre:

At Bluebird Berwick, we provide the highest quality Care and Education to all children from the ages of 6 weeks to 6 years. Our wonderful Service is a premium, purpose-built childcare facility, designed to provide a natural and family-friendly environment, inclusive for all.

Our state-of-the-art Early Education facility is designed to "Ignite the Spirit of Learning" within every child – and our safe, inviting environments encourage children to freely explore the world around them. From our large fort, and sustainability areas to our sand/ mud stations, and quiet reading nooks - you will have endless opportunities to create quality programs, engage in meaningful relationships, and bring a sense of energy to the environment each day.

We are expanding our team of passionate, supportive, and genuine Educators. Join us and be part of our dynamic Bluebird Berwick team, with permanent part-time positions available for Lead Educator, Diploma & Certificate III Educators.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate of willingness to obtain these.
  • Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willing to obtain these.
  • Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willing to obtain these.
  • A motivated member able to work well in a team and independently.
  • Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.
