Cricket Star Academy is seeking experienced cricket coaches across Berwick and surrounding areas,

Key Selection Criteria:

• Previous coaching experience
• Level 1 Cricket Australia Coaching Accreditation
• Interest in training junior players of all levels and skills
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Current Working with Children's Check is a MUST
• Ability to work independently
• Competent relationship building and engagement skills
• Competent planning, coordination and organisational skills
• Experience coaching youth/junior players
• Proven ability to operate with professionalism and integrity
• Self-motivated

Essential Requirements

• First Aid Certificate
• Sports Trainer Accreditation
• National Police / Criminal History Check
• Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
• Drivers Licence

Desirable Criteria

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• Sports Management / Business Degree
• Relevant Coaching Accreditation
• Level 2 Coaching Accreditation
• Physical Education Degree
