About the Role
As a Youth Disability Team Leader, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality support to young people with complex needs in 24/7 residential placements. You'll lead a team of Youth Disability Workers, ensuring safe, nurturing environments that promote independence and wellbeing.
You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, manage operational compliance, and foster a culture of empowerment and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support staff in delivering trauma-informed, person-centred care
 - Manage rostering, performance, and team development across 24/7 SIL placements
 - Act as a key escalation point for complex service delivery matters
 - Build strong relationships with young people, families, and stakeholders
 - Ensure compliance with NDIS, child safety, and organisational policies
 - Promote a positive team culture and drive continuous improvement
 
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 4 years' experience in case management and/or leadership roles
 - Bachelor-level qualification in a relevant discipline
 - Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and disability support frameworks
 - Experience managing multi-site or after-hours care services
 - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
