This is a hand's on role, with a strong emphasis on providing a high level of service to our current & future customers.

Due to expansion we are currently seeking an Internal telephone sales/ Customer service person with experience, to be part of the exciting growth plans, based at our new Head office facility in Epping.

Immediate start & training for the right candidate.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop existing & new customers.
  • Respond to inbound or outbound calls professionally, efficiently and with great communication skills.
  • Processing of orders through our internal computer system (Training provided).
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Understanding of targets & the importance of meeting them.
  • Being a team player & supporting other members as required. Having a "can-do" bubbly & happy attitude.
  • Having a good telephone manner & being a good listener.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills are required.
  • Being part of the team. "A team player".

To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Internal sales or customer service role.
  • Be able to demonstrate ability to work independently, follow instructions and meet sales targets & deadlines.
  • Be a long term Team player.
  • Love the art of selling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
