Are you ready to take charge of a high-impact leadership role in rail operations? Pacific National is seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor to manage and coordinate daily train crew activities, drive cultural and safety improvements, and deliver operational excellence.

What You'll Do

·      Lead daily train crew operations for safe, efficient, on-time delivery.

·      Uphold WHS, customer service, performance, and teamwork standards.

·      Drive depot-wide improvements in safety, culture, and operations.

·      Deliver logistical solutions that meet stakeholder needs and business targets.

·      Maximise labour and equipment efficiency to reduce unit costs.

·      Promote a safety-first culture through incident response and toolbox talks.

·      Manage team performance, development, and HR/IR matters.

· /7 - Shift Work roster

What You'll Bring

·      Experience in Transport, Logistics or Business Management

·      Leadership and People Management qualifications (highly desirable).

·      Proven experience in operational leadership, safety management, and team coordination.

·      Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
