Nioka Steakhouse located on the Honeysuckle boardwalk, is Newcastle's Premium Steakhouse serving beef sourced from our Nioka Farm located at the foothills of the Barrington Tops.

With a farm-to-table approach, our mission is to provide the finest quality beef coupled with a commitment to delivering a superior dining experience.

We are looking for an experienced bar supervisor and waitstaff who have the background, knowledge and passion to join our dedicated team for an immediate start.

If you have the expertise and are looking to be part of a dynamic workplace, with fine dining experience preferred, we want to hear from you.

Successful candidates will:

  • Be reliable and motivated
  • Have a sound knowledge of and passion for good food and beverages (including wine knowledge) while providing great customer service
  • Be very well presented and well spoken
  • Enjoy working as part of a tight-knit team in a busy environment
  • Understand that flexibility and working weekends and public holidays are an integral part of the role

Must haves:

  • Relevant industry experience (fine dining preferred)
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Accreditation
  • Australian Citizenship

Bar Supervisor position is full-time. Casual positions are available for waitstaff.  Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
