Position Overview:

The
Business Support Manager
will work closely with the
CEO
to coordinate and streamline communication between our
Branch Managers
(who manage teams of mortgage brokers) and the
Head Office departments
including Loan Processing, Credit, and Operations. This role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency, resolving branch-level issues, and ensuring that the CEO is kept informed on key developments and process updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the
    primary bridge
    between Branch Managers and Head Office teams.
  • Coordinate and facilitate
    weekly and monthly meetings
    with Branch Managers.
  • Identify branch requirements and proactively
    resolve operational challenges
    .
  • Track issues and follow up with teams to ensure
    timely resolution
    .
  • Provide
    regular updates, reports, and insights
    to the CEO to support decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong
    communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    mortgage processes and lending business
    .
  • Experience in
    operations, team management, or branch support
    .
  • Fluency in
    English and Mandarin
    .
  • Experience working in a
    bank, mortgage firm, or financial services
    is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and foster collaboration across multiple teams.
