Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Internal Sales Team Member located in Ravenhall, VIC. The Sales Team Member will be responsible for providing dedicated customer service, meeting sales targets, and promoting our diverse product range. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer enquiries by email and phone, quoting, invoicing and processing orders, providing product information and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
  • Customer Service experience and Sales skills
  • Experience in Quoting and Invoicing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of plastic materials and industry-specific products is a plus
  • Proactive and results-oriented attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or a related field is advantageous
