MYER is looking for a Systems Analyst – Supply Chain & Distribution who will be responsible for supporting the operation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of core Supply Chain & Distribution systems – including Warehouse Management Systems, Warehouse Control Systems, Robotics Solutions, Conveyor Solutions and Packing Solutions.

 About the role:

• Provide Level 1 & 2 functional and technical support across systems utilized in Myer's 4 Distribution Centres, with a primary focus on the National Distribution Centre based in Ravenhall, Melbourne
• Directly execute warehouse management and control system support tasks, and partner with other teams / vendors to execute other system / solution support tasks
• Coordinate issue triage, testing, and defect resolution with business users and vendors
• Own day-to-day vendor interactions for issue resolution, enhancements, and service management
• Liaise with internal IT teams (Solutions Architects, Integration, Infrastructure, BI, etc.) to maintain and evolve connected systems
• Maintain system documentation including business processes, integrations, and config
• Track enhancement requests, maintain backlog, and support prioritisation with business leads
• Engage in new system implementations from an operational readiness perspective, and accept knowledge transfer related to those systems to provide ongoing service and support
• Ensure compliance with Myer's IT governance and change control processes
• Assist DC Operations to manage user access for Supply Chain & Distribution systems in line with role-based controls and audit requirements

 About you:

• Demonstrated experience a Systems Analyst, Technical BA, or Application Support role
• Experience with Supply Chain & Distribution systems, and preferably with one of more from 1,2,3 below :

1. Unified Control System (Ferag)
2. Warehouse Advantage (Infios)
3. Robotics (Geek +, Addverb)
4. Conveyor (Innoware, Damon)
5. Satchel Machine (Audion Marketknowledge)
6. Packing Machine (CMC CartonWrap)
7. Sortation Solution (Dematic)

• Strong coordination and vendor management skills
• Exposure to integration concepts (APIs, middleware, warehouse control systems) and cross-functional systems
• Ability to interpret and document business process and system behaviour
• Comfortable working across multiple domains and shifting priorities
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement capability
