About the Role
We are looking for a skilled
Content Specialist & SEO Writer
with strong experience in creating engaging, high-quality content across blogs, websites, SEO pages, and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in keyword research, content strategy, and using AI tools to enhance content workflows. You will work closely with the marketing team to create content that improves search visibility, strengthens brand authority, and drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Write long-form articles, blogs, and web copy across diverse industries while ensuring high editorial standards.
- Rewrite and optimize existing website content to align with SEO best practices and Google's Helpful Content guidelines.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and topic clustering using tools like Ahrefs or similar platforms.
- Create engaging ad copy for social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and email marketing.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to assist in drafting and research while ensuring final output is accurate, well-polished, and human-sounding.
- Monitor content performance using tools like Google Search Console and Analytics; implement updates to improve rankings and CTR.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication touchpoints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or SEO content development (preferably in an agency environment).
- Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or equivalent.
- Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging, reader-friendly content.
- Proven experience working with AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in drafting workflows.
- Strong command of written English with excellent grammar and storytelling skills.
- Experience writing content aligned to E-E-A-T and brand tone of voice.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Experience writing for diverse industries such as finance, health, home improvement, or tech.
- Experience producing content for landing pages, ad campaigns, and EDMs.
- Knowledge of content publishing on CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
- Basic understanding of analytics and performance reporting.
