An exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of an iconic Australian brand exists for the right candidate. Drummond Golf is Australia's Biggest Golf Retailer with over 53 Franchise stores nationwide plus an Online store. We're seeking a marketing ace with strong digital foundations to join our energetic marketing team. Supported by and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager: Digital, CRM & Data you will support our Digital marketing offering including CRM, website and lead our thriving loyalty program. As the Marketing Manager: Digital, CRM, Loyalty you'll be required to:

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external resources to deliver seamless and consistent online experiences.
  • Working with internal and external parties, continue to build working personalisation steams based on data insights to increase customer LTV and review results.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to develop a strategic roadmap to continue to drive new Drummond Club acquisitions and develop customer improvements to the loyalty program.
  • Manage the Drummond Club data and produce reports for all Drummond Club related activities including ration and any commissions/incentives reports.
  • Support engagement and growth of the Drummond Golf Cup.
  • Work with internal and external teams to continually improve Drummond Golf website SEO performance.
  • Assist the Big Swing Golf marketing team with strategy and counsel as required.

Other competencies required to fill the role include:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital strategy and campaign delivery.
  • Experience in CRM (email & SMS) strategy and implementation
  • Understanding of social media strategy and implementation
  • A good understanding of contemporary marketing approaches.
  • Personable, presentable and articulate.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to show initiative.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Copy writing skills
  • A degree (or equivalent) in marketing or similar would be advantageous but not essential.
