Are you a proactive and creative marketing professional who loves seeing campaigns come to life? We're looking for a Marketing Executive to help deliver impactful marketing initiatives that drive digital engagement, promote events, and enhance client experience across multiple channels.

Based in our Sydney CBD officer and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in the execution of marketing campaigns, managing digital content, coordinating events and webinars, and supporting with client-focused marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver high-quality, engaging campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Plan, create and deliver digital marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities and strategic goals.
  • Manage and maintain website content and SEO performance in collaboration with digital agencies.
  • Oversee the company's LinkedIn presence creating, scheduling, and analysing content performance.
  • Coordinate webinars, training events, and online courses from setup and promotion to delivery.
  • Support new business initiatives, tenders, and client proposals with tailored marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Support data management and reporting to drive continuous improvement and process innovation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in a marketing or events role, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), and website CMS tools.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and digital campaign analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude  you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ideally experience with platforms such as Kentico, Adobe, Canva, or EMS tools.
