Why you'll love this role
- Support: Tailored to you, whether you're building your skills as an OT, learning to mentor, or developing leadership capability.

Your day-to-day
- Community-based OT across NDIS, Home Care, TAC and private clients.
- Option for an adult-only caseload if preferred.
- Part-time or full-time available.
- Only 2 office days per month for professional development and collaboration.
- Contribute to our Graduate Program and share your knowledge.
Step up in your career
- Mentor junior OTs through 1:1 sessions, caseload reviews, co-treating and shadowing.
- Play a key role in developing our Graduate Program.
- Shape the growth of our team, culture, and service delivery.
- Mentoring experience preferred but not essential, we'll support and guide you so you can step into this role with confidence.
