Your day-to-day

  • Community-based OT across NDIS, Home Care, TAC and private clients.
  • Option for an adult-only caseload if preferred.
  • Part-time or full-time available.
  • Only 2 office days per month for professional development and collaboration.
  • Contribute to our Graduate Program and share your knowledge.

Step up in your career

  • Mentor junior OTs through 1:1 sessions, caseload reviews, co-treating and shadowing.
  • Play a key role in developing our Graduate Program.
  • Shape the growth of our team, culture, and service delivery.
  • Mentoring experience preferred but not essential, we'll support and guide you so you can step into this role with confidence.
