Residence on Langley Park is looking for a detail-focused Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee the quality and performance of our contracted housekeeping teams. This role ensures all areas of the property are maintained to the highest standards, supporting an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support the performance of contracted housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, ensuring cleaning meets required standards.
  • Observe and report on contractor staff grooming, presentation, and uniform standards.
  • Ensure contractors comply with safety, health, and hygiene policies, reporting issues for follow-up.
  • Maintain inspection records and track housekeeping supplies and linen stock levels.
  • Liaise with front office and other departments regarding room readiness and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct VIP inspections and provide daily reports on findings.
  • Support cost-control efforts by monitoring contractor practices and reporting inefficiencies or waste.

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
  • 5+ years experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or contractor oversight preferred.
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive in maintaining standards.
  • Available to work mixed weekdays and weekends as required for this part-time position.
