Our client, a leading fintech company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join their growing Talent Acquisition team. This newly created role offers the chance to work on a mix of experienced hire and campus recruitment projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate interviews across different time zones, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and guidance throughout the process.
  • Support campus recruitment activities, including events, workshops, and career fairs, while assisting experienced hire recruiters until the campus program launches.
  • Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and help produce reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS systems is a plus.
  • Full Australian working rights.
