About the role
This role will work closely with the Senior Consultant, Learning and Capability, primarily to support the co design, testing and rolling out of the HSW Learning Pathway.
This position will also collaborate with the Learning & Capability team members to uplift the TAC's capability and performance through the design and delivery of contemporary learning programs and interventions, to enhance the learning experience and culture across the business.
The consultant will support the Senior Consultant to deliver strategically aligned learning and capability investments that enable individual, team and organisational development. The consultant, with support and coaching from the Senior Consultant, will lead the design, development and implementation of learning programs that improve employee and organisational capability.
About the Team
Reporting to the Senior Consultant, Learning & Capability this role sits within the Learning and Capability Branch in the People, Culture and Engagement division. You will be joining a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team, who are committed and passionate about the work they do and the change they lead for the TAC and employees.
You will be supported by a Manager who promotes a highly supportive, engaged and trusting team culture.
What we're looking for:
A systems thinker with a love for creating innovative, inclusive and impactful learning experiences with;
- A strong understanding of learning and development analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation in a professional environment
- Demonstrated experience applying human centred design principles
- Demonstrated experience in applying project management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools
- An understanding of learning and development best practice methodologies, models and frameworks
- The ability to engage and facilitate to diverse audiences and make complex topics accessible
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of the organisation
Project Management experience
Previous project management experience including the ability to work as part of a fast paced team with the capability to plan and work to deadlines
Agile Methodology
Previous experience working in an agile environment is highly desirable.
