Position Overview:
Vinova are seeking an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to cover take ownership of the finance and commercial desk within the business. This is a 360 role where you will need to grow and develop your own desk leverage existing clients as well as growing new relationships within the market.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the recruitment industry recruiting for specialist commercial, finance and investment for either energy infrastructure, power generation or general infrastructure.
As a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their hiring needs, preferences, and company cultures.
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive job descriptions and recruitment strategies tailored to their specific requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technology recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in the recruitment industry recruiting for specialist commercial, finance and investment for either energy infrastructure, power generation or general infrastructure
- Proven track record of success in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across the development or delivery phase in energy projects
- Strong understanding of the industry, and knowledge across the talent market for M&A, investment, commercial management and finance.
- Excellent business development skills and background in building and growing markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results.
