We're Hiring: IT Systems Engineer – Flynn Group ANZ

Location: Macquarie Park, NSW

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Flynn Group is the world's largest franchise operator, with a fast-growing footprint across Australia and New Zealand. We proudly operate two iconic brands, Pizza Hut Australia and Wendy's ANZ and we're looking for a passionate IT Systems Engineer to join our vibrant team.

About the Role

Reporting to the IT Systems Manager, you'll be the go-to person for daily IT operations at Head Office. From managing network systems and hardware assets to leading end-to-end IT projects, you'll play a key role in driving tech innovation across Flynn ANZ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily IT support: Windows, Office365 (Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID), account management, hardware commissioning/decommissioning, and Jira Helpdesk.
  • Manage network systems: Meraki LAN/WAN, Wintel environments, remote desktop support, and software patching.
  • Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base using Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira).
  • Oversee hardware/software assets: imaging, configuration, inventory, warranty, and POS distribution.
  • Coordinate with vendors for tech support, procurement, and acquisitions.
  • Lead and contribute to IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Administer Atlassian tools and maintain support documentation.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels using Freshdesk.

What We're Looking For

  • IT degree or 6–12 months' experience in a Windows/Office365 support role.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools and (bonus).
  • Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine love for learning and all things tech.
